Summary

- Addition is commutative: \(a+b=b+a\)
- Multiplication is commutative: \(a⋅b=b⋅a\)
- Addition is associative: \(\left( a+b \right)+c=a+\left( b+c \right)\)
- Multiplication is associative: \(\left( a⋅b \right)⋅c=a⋅(b⋅c)\)
